• Field-Based Role Covering Leicester & Surrounding Areas.
• Focused on Remedial Repairs, Extra Works & Reactive Maintenance.
• Systems: Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Fire Alarms, Access Control & Door Entry.
• Company Van, Fuel Card, Tools & Uniform Provided.
• Overtime Paid at 1.5x Hourly Rate.
• On-Call Pay: £25 + 2x Rate (Door-to-Door), £10/night standby, £5/call consult.

Looking For 👇
• Proven experience in Security/Fire System Maintenance.
• Confident working on CCTV, Intruder, Access Control, or Fire Alarms.
• Strong Fault-Finding & Problem-Solving Skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• ECS Card, IPAF or FIA training = a bonus.
What You’ll Be Doing 🛠️
• Servicing and repairing a range of Fire & Security systems.
• Carrying out remedial works following fault diagnostics or failed inspections.
• Attending reactive callouts within SLA timeframes.
• Installing extra works/upgrades to existing systems.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Producing clear service reports and communicating with clients.
• Managing van stock, tools, and PPE.
• Participating in the on-call rota (1 week on, 2 weeks off).
• Representing the company professionally in the field.
