• On-Call Allowance: £15 (weekday) / £30 (weekend).

• Strong knowledge of Security & Fire Systems.
• Confident in Fault-Finding, Upgrades & Preventative Maintenance.
• Clear communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work solo & as part of a wider team.
What You’ll Be Doing 🛠️
• Installing new Fire & Security systems to client specifications.
• Servicing and maintaining a wide range of existing systems.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults on-site.
• Performing scheduled PPM visits and reactive callouts.
• Upgrading older systems with modern technology.
• Ensuring all work complies with current health & safety regulations.
• Logging accurate job reports and system statuses.
• Liaising directly with clients and site contacts.
• Participating in on-call rota (1 week on approx. every 5 weeks).
• Representing the company professionally across customer sites.
